Telling my therapist tday So I have been self harming I don't think it's bad of cuts not really tht deep and I'm gonna try and tell her and hope she don't tell my parents my appointment is at 4pm. I tried to talk to 988 , 741741 for help not rlly helpful basically sent me a bunch of links and my problems were magically healed.
