This is a false assumption ( “Going . . . Zo-ing . . . Gone!” May 7). In the post-COVID world, we see that corporations and the rich do not have to be concentrated in New York City or Chicago. They can operate anywhere. Ken Griffin’s Citadel abandoned Chicago for Miami, and it is doing just fine. Chase Bank has more employees in Texas than in New York.
