They played two tracks from the new record – ‘Spit Shine’ and ‘Child Actor’, the latter of which they recently played on SNL UK . Dave Grohl made reference to that appearance introducing the song, joking that he accidentally inhaled a lock of his hair during that performance, and celebrating at the end of this one that he “didn’t choke”. The band also dipped into their back calalogue to play ‘Learn To Fly’, ‘My Hero’ and ‘Everlong’, while Grohl also took a moment to mention two of his own favourite Tiny Desk Concerts , by Trouble Funk and Juvenile .…
