After reading the medical information about Kyle, my heart aches for Samantha and the entire family. The sudden diagnosis of sepsis, and the subsequent health events must have been terrifying for everyone. My 72 year old sister had sepsis in August 2024, she was a stubborn nurse with leaky legs (cellulitis) for YEARS and refused to seek help until it was almost too late. She survived, went to a nursing home, then finally released home. She never got her health back and died in April 2025. Please go to a doctor if your cold or cough are not getting better, or anything other stubborn health issue.
