Hiya there! I returned studying the Violin. I was in my Luthier to make the periodic visit and cleaning for my Top Cello. I left my Violin there for some ajustments (set up). I have a student level violin, from a Brazillian-Chinese Brand (Eagle). Already a good improvement, at least is made of wood. My Violin got: Change and adpatation of new pegs (tamarind), change and ajustment of the (superior) nut, a new chinrest (Kaufmann - Tamarind), new endpin/button (Tamarind) and Kevlar Tailgut. Also, he put and adjusted for me a Teller Germany Bridge (***) with "V" inlay, that I accidentaly left naturally dryng for almost 4 years. And I chose Pirastro Chromchor. It is already another instrument. Oh, and I'm using Pirastro's Schwarz Rosin. For the end of year, I'll buy a new Tailpiece (also Tamarind), and will put a grade "C" Sounpost from Pahler. Perhaps next month I wll a teacher. I'm very, cery happy. What tips you guys give me? I already "play" the Cello.…
