Go through these quick tips if the Apple Mail app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, or iCloud is not categorizing your emails into Primary, Transactions, Updates, Promotions, and All Mail. Email categories keep your main inbox clean and organized, so you can focus on your primary (i.e., your most important) emails without having to wade through other spam or promotional messages. Update your device iOS 18.2 and later on iPhone, and equivalent versions for iPad and Mac, support categorizing emails.
