Warning: Extremely unprofessional and shady refund practices at Le Blanc Dental Gangnam I wanted to share a very disappointing and frustrating experience I had at Le Blanc Dental in Gangnam so others can avoid the same headache. We paid upfront for their advertised 1-day no-prep veneers + whitening package. The procedure was stopped midway and no veneers were ever placed — only whitening was done. They will shave your teeth do not believe polish only When we asked for a refund for the services that were never rendered, the staff and managers became extremely difficult. They gave multiple different excuses and flat-out refused to refund the unused portion. They also refused to provide basic medical records when we requested them.
