Diamond Brown, the ex-girlfriend of R&B singer Chris Brown , has filed a paternity suit against the singer over her 4-year-old daughter, Lovely. As detailed in documents reviewed by Complex, Diamond Brown filed suit against the two-time Grammy winner just days before his current partner, Jada Wallace, gave birth to his fourth child . Diamond filed suit on April 3 over Lovely, attaching what she said was a voluntary declaration from 2022 in which the singer acknowledged paternity. Diamond asked the court for legal and physical custody, though she requested that the “Fallin’” singer have visitation.
