Amelia Havill, 3, of Dunedin, watches carefully as Dunedin School of Medicine third-year student Laurence Guite gives her teddy bear a check-up at Tūhura Otago Museum’s Teddy Bear Hospital yesterday.
The regular ‘‘clinics’’ at the museum aim to make visits to the doctor less scary for children. A week-long Teddy Bear Hospital is being run at the museum, in partnership with the Otago University Medical Students’ Association.
