hi all! my partner and i launched a small business 8 months ago. its been such a blessing and we have quite a few loyal clients and our customer base is growing. However, we still remain a 5-person team so handling physical units, shipments, and customer data is challenging. We’re currently using spreadsheets but I dont think itll work in the long-term and manually updating it is a pita because we don’t have enough people for it. We need a CRM thats customizable and can handle complex customer and unit data. i would love to hear your suggestions!
