hi everyone!
i’m doing a trial of a cf gym this week and i’m loving it so far. i’m new to the workout/gym world in general and im wondering what advice you have for someone starting out. i’ve been wanting to get in shape for a while, and i rock climb and have noticed that my strength has limited me in progressing rather my skill.
i’m thinking im going to go 3x a week MWF for now because i went monday and tuesday back to back and im pretty sore.
any routines, clothes, or food you swear by? thank you ☺️☺️
