31 years old and I hate my job. I don't have enough to retire but I want to take a break for a few years. Any regrets for the people who have done this?

I work in tech and my job is slowly killing me. I have 200k in the bank, 600k in my 401k, but I was a dumbass in 2021 and took out a mortgage on a condo in Seattle that's now underwater, so I'm stuck with 60k/year in housing expenses alone. I would also like to pay for a few things, like a good therapist. So there's no way I can retire for more than a couple of years, especially if I want to keep my 401k fully intact.

I know that reentering the workforce after a few years' resume gap is tough, but I don't know how much longer I can hang in there. Has anyone else taken a semi-retirement and felt that it was worth it?
