I just swapped my shimano freehub body for a sram so I could run GX components. Since the free hub just slides on and off, and the cassette just threads onto the free hub, that means I can just pull the cassette and free hub on and off after it’s torqued together. This seems like a problem, but I know they’re held together by the frame itself while riding. Can someone validate if I’m stupid or if this shouldn’t happen. thanks
