Apparent human skeletal remains were found in a wooded area near a park with a children’s playground in a residential Queens neighborhood Sunday, cops said.  A bystander made the grisly discovery at Sutter and North Conduit avenues in Ozone Park around 10:45 a.m. and called 911, authorities said.  The medical examiner’s office will determine the unidentified dead person’s age and gender, police said.
