Galaxy S owners have been waiting for built-in Qi2 magnets since the iPhone made MagSafe look effortless. The Galaxy S25 skipped them. The Galaxy S26 skipped them again , despite months of leaks suggesting otherwise. According to a new rumor from yeux1122 , Samsung may finally solve the Galaxy S27 Qi2 problem, but the fix apparently requires moving the cameras first. The claim comes from a source described as being at a “related company,” so treat it accordingly. The basic idea is that the current camera position blocks the circular magnet ring required for proper built-in Qi2.2 support. Moving the cameras would clear enough real estate on the back panel to fit those magnets in natively. That would mean Galaxy S27 Qi2 support without a magnetic case. Just snap your phone directly onto a charger or power bank. The case-free Qi2 problem isn’t new Samsung’s camera placement has barely changed in years.…
