6 Years in the same position should i apply for other jobs? Good morning all. Im a agriculture worker, i work as a safety coordinator, but in the company where im working i have 6 years in the same position. They hire safety supervisor twice and both get fired. I step in and told my boss 3 years ago i would like to be supervisor. And he said he will cover responsibilities and at the moment they are not looking for supervisor since the operation manager took the safety supervisor/manager duties, i only have medical,vision,dental cover by the employer after 5 years paying for it 60 dlls a week, going back to the topic. Also im just getting better increases my salary once a year. Also i work 5-5 6 days a week. No holidays just xmas, new years and thanksgiving. Should i look for another job or what should i do??? Now this is a family owned company where micromanagement is at the top.…
