Crazy Ex, Anonymous Purchase, and 100% Disabled Vet Hello, I have a crazy ex partner and his family that I am genuinely scared of. This person has been arrested once. Over the last couple months, I have had numerous anonymous notes showing up at my old apartment. This person has been obsessed with me since 2023. I’m looking to purchase a new home in a state far away from this person. Being P&T disabled from the military has afforded me the opportunity to pay no property taxes in the state I’m trying to move to. Here’s the caveat. I want to purchase this property anonymously and have no way for this person to find out where I live through an online database or county tax records. The issue is that if I start an LLC and purchase the home that way, if the house/property is not in my name, I won’t get the P&T tax exemption.
