I have now spent two years in the National Capital Region, with one year in Aylmer in Quebec, and one year in Ottawa. While this gluten free guide focuses primarily on Ottawa, I’ve included a few spots ‘across the river’ on the Quebec side, as there are some celiac-friendly treats there that aren’t to be missed. As with the other celiac guides on this site , this list will be a living tree where I plan to add new spots as I stumble across them . With a year in Ottawa under my belt, though, I was ready to put together the best of the gluten free eats I’ve found so far. After all, there are other spots in town that I’ve yet to try!…
