Many many mistakes at work. Did any of you had such phase? I work as a business analyst and just finished my probation. This is the first time I’m working this role. I had my probation review yesterday with my boss and she gave numerous feedback on how I’m bad at documentations as there tend to be mistakes like spelling and stuff that I’ll miss out. She was really direct though not super rude. Sometime I don’t remember doing them as well. My boss decided to pass me still because I take in feedback and is overall positive. Earlier in the job I did not make as many mistakes, but I think it’s because I started doing more recently. Since the probation review, I have been in a slump. I am determine to work better and harder than this. And suddenly, someone called me out in a group chat for a work from yesterday that had mistakes. I went completely insane and I completely shut down but couldn’t show it out.…
