Hi, I took out 2 of my wisdom teeth (none of them impacted, simple extractions) 2 weeks ago and took another two 1 week ago. Today I went to remove the stiches of the last 2 and doctor said I was all clear for physical activity (I fully refrained from exercise during all this recovery period because I wanted the recovery to happen as fast as possible). Later today, I returned to the swimming practice at my masters club and did a 2.5k workout at 60-70% of maximum effort, felt very refreshing and confortable.

Thing is, I am itching to get back to OWS too. I was thinking about going to a OWS practice with my friends on Sunday (10 days from the last extraction), but I am afraid of getting infections (although my tooth sockets are fully closed and not bleeding, they are still deep because the bone has yet to regrow) and thinking about waiting for another week. For you, how was the return to the opens? How much time did you wait?
