I'm looking to buy a new bass, used, and I found a listing for a Sadowsky Metroexpress Modern 5-24. I love the Modern series and one key factor is the fact that Sadowsky are usually lightweight, even the 5 string ones. The problem is that the buyer is 8 hours away from where I am and I was thinking whether or not have someone get the bass and bring it to me, but I'd have no way of actually trying it out, hence the question. My other options are a Sire V7 5 2nd Gen and a Cort GB Fusion 5. These ones are closer to where I live. Update: I've decided to go with the Sire V7 Vintage 2nd Gen.
