I got fired without cause two weeks after passing probation I'm a 23 year old IT graduate from Ontario, Canada who started working at this company back in January after passing the interview in November, when I was on my last semester of college. I really gave this job my all. It's a growing company (\~1000 employees and counting) that's family-owned and flaunts their "Christian values" (I'm not Christian myself). For 3 months I threw myself at any opportunity to grow my skills within the position, I'd take up any task I was handed and make sure to complete it with diligence.
