A Queens construction worker was suddenly “catapulted” out of a port-a-potty while using it — leaving him with injuries that caused a big stink in the bedroom, a new lawsuit claims. Steve Gressey and his wife, Janet, are suing the portable toilet firm Rent A Throne, alleging the “defective” john destroyed his sex life and left him flush with sky-high medical bills. Gressey, an ironworker, was working on the TSX Broadway tower in Times Square in 2023 when the portable toilet  “collapsed” as he entered it — sending him flying off the curb,  according to the suit, filed this week in Manhattan Supreme Court.
