Lawyer vs. CPA? Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice from people with real experience. I graduated with a bachelor’s in business in 2020 (right when COVID hit) and then completed my master’s in accounting in 2021. I never took the CPA exam, mainly because I’ve realized I genuinely don’t enjoy math. I know that sounds ironic given my major, but I chose accounting for personal reasons at the time. Since graduating, I haven’t worked in an accounting role. I ended up getting a job at a law firm as a paralegal through a friend, and over time I’ve realized I actually enjoy the legal environment a lot it feels more aligned with me. Now I’m at a crossroads. I’m considering going back to school to become an attorney, but I’m also wondering if I should push myself to pursue the CPA instead, even though I’ve been out of school for a few years and don’t have accounting experience. For those who have been in either field (or both), what would you recommend?…
