Former Turnstile guitarist Brady Ebert is facing life in prison following an indictment on an upgraded charge of first-degree attempted murder after allegedly running over singer Brendan Yates’ 79-year-old father William with a car. According to The Baltimore Banner , Ebert was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury on Thursday, April 30th. and the first-degree attempted murder charge has the potential to lead to life imprisonment if Ebert is convicted. Ebert had already been facing a second-degree attempted murder charge, which carries up to 30 years in prison, as well as first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault. The Baltimore Banner attempted to reach Ebert’s attorney Andy Alpert for comment, but had not heard back at the time of its Friday morning article. As previously reported, Ebert was arrested after a March 29th incident in which he apparently confronted William Yates and other members of Turnstile singer Brendan Yates’ family.…
