How can you get a User Interviews or Respondent account unlocked or back usable ? long story short I have used both platforms and both seem to be shadow ban for the last couple months. ( no emails etc ) . Anyway to fix this issue ? I have tried to set up an account from another number , device , email , etc but same result.
