Roof Repair Estimate - $4500? I’m selling a property and buyer has requested a credit for $4500. Everything else is minor, but the roof is their reasoning. Does this seem reasonable? I already accepted their offer for less than I was asking, along with all the other concessions I’ve agreed to, so I want to make sure they’re being fair.
