I recently posted about starting The Brain Capsule newsletter and having difficulty getting subscribers. Another question I have is about cost. My ultimate plan is to have one email a week be free, that gives a quick read for an evidence based habit for Brain Health. But the purpose is to give you the habit and evidence but not a very long read. Should take maybe one minute. Then I’d have two other tiers. Tier 1 gives the first email again but with more habits and more explanation about the neuroscience behind the habits. Then they’d get a second email later that week that discussed another topic within the week’s topic. Again with habits and the neuroscience. Tier 2 gives two more emails on top of the previous emails. The first on Sunday being a weak protocol to help with that week’s topic. The second email is a case study that’s an example of that week’s topic. I was planning to charge maybe $2-3/mo for tier 1 and $5-10/mo for tier 2.…
