After debuting in an on-the-nose, croc-textured patent leather, one of New Balance’s latest lifestyle sneakers is getting a more breathable material makeup for warmer weather. The New Balance Gator Run will soon introduce a mesh base to its construction, with two styles set to be released Wednesday. Along with their summer-friendly builds, both colorways are also energized with bright shades; one in a yellow Apollo Gold/Black (style code UGTR9SR) and another in Dry Lime/Mosaic Green (style code UGTR5T9).  Each new pair features a mesh base supported by suede structural overlays, nylon tongues and of course, the Gator Run’s signature toothy outsole.
