15s threshold

Started a new job about 2 months ago. Lets just say I was given a offer letter for $50,000 a year. I did the math before getting paid and I was supposed to get $1,923 but I got $961 which is 50% of my total pay for the 2 weeks, I get paid bi weekly. I reached out to HR many times and they said "they are looking into" but have recently said they will give me the rest as a bonus at the end of the year. I didnt sign up for this job to get 50%, I took the job based off the $50,000 a year and budgeted for that. I can't go back to my old job(they paid me $50,000 no issues) and it will take me some time to get a new job. What are my options? the company is worth over $10million.
