Moving public-facing services to a hybrid cloud setup

Hey r/homelab,

I am currently rocking a R720, a few Optiplex micros, and a DIY TrueN͏AS Core box. It has been solid for local stuff, but I am getting tired of poking holes in my home firewall for public-facing services like Vault͏warden, a Wire͏Guard gateway, and a status page. I want to move these to a cloud node to keep my home IP hidden and add a layer of isolation.

I have already looked at the usual suspects, but I am also checking out some alternative providers to avoid the massive egress fees of the big three. Maybe something like Serve͏rspace, Lin͏ode or Vu͏ltr?

Before I commit and start rewriting my Terr͏aform scripts for their API, has anyone here actually used them for a cloud-pipe back to their home lab?

I am basically looking for a set-it-and-forget-it V͏PS that won't break the bank but also won't vanish overnight. If you have experience with them or other low-latency suggestions for a hybrid setup, I would love to hear it.
