calculating protein intake
hi all
during weight loss, should one’s daily protein goal be based on their current weight or goal weight?
for context i am 19F 172cm 110kg rn and my goal is 60-65kg. i eat between 1600-2000 calories each day depending on level of exercise that day
also, how do i calculate the daily intake? i’ve seen a few different ways that give different amounts, so im confusedd which is the right formula
also, is there such a thing as eating “too much” protein in a day?
