CMV: Dog collars that can apply vibration/stimulation are effective tools and all nuance gets lost online when people reduce them down to "shock collars" I just caught up with some of the Hasan/Kaya drama (yes I'm behind). In a thread they did some investigating and found it was a mini-Educator (ME). I don't care at all about streamers/drama, but I did find a lot of the commentary to have 0 nuance. It has two modes, one which is a vibration and the other which applies a pinch feeling (what people call a shock). However, the "shock" mode can be dialed from 0-100. Typically you find the minimal setting where it elicits a response and I have always found this to be \*\*very low\*\*. Like sub level 10 low. I've tested it on myself to ensure there was 0 pain, nothing more than a small pinch. This tool can absolutely be misused!…
