TLDR: my prescription changed and now I need new glasses, which means the ones I have are useless. They won’t work for me anymore. Are prescription glasses something a thrift store will take? I figured probably not, since they’re custom made for the wearer. But then where do they go when they no longer work for you? EDIT: they’re so far off from what I need now that I can’t use them as a backup and don’t current wear any glasses until I can get an eye appointment submitted by /u/Certain-Working1864 [link] [comments]
