No Doubt dipped into its back catalog for a host of rarities last night (May 6) during the first of 12 shows at Las Vegas’ Sphere, marking just the third proper live appearance by the Gwen Stefani-fronted band since 2015. The show opened with the title track from the band’s 1995 breakthrough album “Tragic Kingdom,” which hadn’t been played live since 2009. Other uncommon songs included “The Climb” (first time since 1997), “Running” (first time since 2012) and “Trapped In a Body” (first time since 2002). The set featured 10 tunes from Tragic Kingdom , including the smash hits “Don’t Speak,” “Spiderwebs” and “Just a Girl,” plus four each from the albums Return of Saturn and Rock Steady . It also included No Doubt’s hit cover of Talk Talk’s “It’s My Life,” which reached No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.…
