My roof was approved by insurance for a full replacement. The roofer said grace ice and water shield is an upgrade along with certainteed landmark pro vs landmark and I will have to spot the difference. He suggested the grace ice and water is a better upgrade as compared to landmark pro over landmark. I understand the ice and water shield goes over the old one. Is it still worth upgrading to grace?
