Can this patio be resurfaced or is it a demo and re-pour job? Just bought a house and trying to decide what to do about this patio. Surface shows a lot of wear with exposed aggregate, but doesn’t seem to have cracks. I know resurfacing is often seen as a band aid, but trying to limit costs atm and this won’t be the forever home. Also considering potentially paving or decking over it if it is too far gone rather than going for a full demo/ re-pour.
