Scottie Scheffler, the defending champion, is the +350 betting favorite at FanDuel Sportsbook . This will be the 14th major in a row in which Scheffler teed off as the chalk. The 2022 Open Championship, won by Cam Smith, was the last grand slam that saw someone else besides the 29-year-old tee off from atop the odds. Rory McIlroy, just one month removed from his triumph at Augusta National, is the second choice at +650. The Northern Irishman has played just once since his repeat Green Jacket, finishing tied for 19th at this past weekend’s Truist Championship.
