i can breathe fine for the first 50 (like 4-5 breaths) but my like air need increases a LOT afterwards and i need like a breath every 2/4 strokes (unless im like racing) im like hs kid i notice i hold my breath sometimes rather than constantly exhaling when i run out, should i try to exhale less from my nose in between breaths so i dont run out also i can do 25s without breathing honestly not with too much difficulty including like from halfway down to the wall and back but i just fall off like halfway thru and each breath feels less effective like a LOT less im thinking the turns might be not helpful since i breathe out a lot through those submitted by /u/Basculegion-M [link] [comments]
