Mitski’s eighth album, Nothing’s About to Happen to Me is here, and she’s marking the occasion with a new music video for the song “If I Leave.” In the video, directed by Jared Hogan, Mitski and her band make the most of an extremely spooky house, peeling wallpaper and all. Last October, she surprise-released a live album to accompany the premiere of her concert film, Mitski: The Land. Directed by Grant James, the film included footage from three shows the artist played at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre in 2024, accompanied by a seven-piece band.
