Hello, I will be going to Korea in 3 years and want to know if it’s possible to learn Korean to a point where I’m almost fluent. I already immerse myself in the language and can efficiently read Hangul. I also understand a good amount of sentence structure as I learned about that a while ago. I already watch a lot of k-tv and listened to a lot of Korean music so I know how it sounds if that makes sense… Just want to know if this is a plausible goal to have for myself and if anyone has tips on how you stay consistently learning that would be greatly appreciated! Edit: I will not be using Kdramas or variety to learn. Just saying, I have watched them in the past and am familiar with some language aspects. I understand people do not talk like that at all, just like with American movies, that’s not how real life language sounds. submitted by /u/Thick-Topic5952 [link] [comments]
