Here's a few, I'd love some more ideas and suggestions. "what are your pain points you are experiencing" [then offer solutions, even something simple as people skills, creativity, thinking outside of the box, technical skills, etc.] 'what are you most proud of doing for this company?' this allows them to mention what is great about the company and any green flags. 'what do you love about this company [that you help build]?" find out what they like about the company. again find some green flags mixed in with any red flags.
