From the time we are children, we are consciously and unconsciously taking in the "rules" of the world. Some of them are good! Like, "don't harm other people" or "chew with your damn mouth closed because nobody wants to see that mushy mess." These are great. But some "rules" are real head-scratchers and make you wonder why anyone ever agreed to them. 1. "My natural circadian rhythm is that of a night owl, and I made myself sick trying to fight against it. The tyranny of morning people must be stopped." 2.
