According to an official press release today, the company is bringing in industry veteran Alex Katouzian to lead its client computing and emerging “physical AI” efforts, while Pushkar Ranade is coming in as Chief Technology Officer to steer the company’s long-term innovation strategy. The appointments clearly signal Intel's intent to more tightly align its core computing business with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, particularly at the edge and in real-world systems.
