Royal author Andrew Lownie has defended his claims that Sarah Ferguson once had a sexual relationship with disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. Lownie, whose 2025 book Entitled charted the lives of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his ex-wife, Ferguson, published new claims about the pair on Saturday (May 9). Diddy had allegedly bragged about his sex life with Ferguson and would meet her in luxury hotels, including one that cost more than £50,000 a night, Lownie claimed in an extract of the updated paperback edition, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, which is set to be published on May 21. In an extract published by the Daily Mail over the weekend, Lownie wrote that a former employee at Diddy’s Bad Boy Records claimed the rapper was obsessed with the royal family and boasted about having sex with Ferguson.
