Nintendo announces Switch 2 'Pokémon Pokopia' bundle, but there's a catch

Pokémon Pokopia has been a huge hit for Nintendo, so much so that some folks have thought about buying a $450 Switch 2 just to play the cozy life sim . (It's a system exclusive.) Nintendo has seemingly taken notice and announced a Switch 2 + Pokémon Pokopia bundle this week, combining the game with the console at a slight discount. The only problem? You probably can't buy it without taking a 15-hour flight. AU$769.95 at My Nintendo Store Sadly, the Pokopia bundle will only be available in Australia and New Zealand when it launches on June 5. Gamers there can preorder it starting Wednesday, May 6 in the online My Nintendo Store for AU$769.95 or NZ$869.95, which works out to a savings of AU$39.95 or NZ$49.95 (versus buying the game and console separately). A Nintendo Account set to Australia or New Zealand is required to purchase the bundle. If you live outside Australasia, you can change your account's region to add the bundle to your cart, but there's still the issue of actually getting it in hand.…
