The new easy option reduces damage taken by the player, reduces health, speed, and aggressiveness of enemies, makes parrying and dodging easier, and makes bosses counter attack or escape less often after being hit. On the flip side, the hard difficulty option reverses all those aforementioned points, so you'll be taking more damage for example. On top of all that, food items don't restore health immediately, instead this will only happen after the animation is completed.…
