How feasible is working remotely in Kyrgyzstan from the US after I graduate college? So, I want to move to Kyrgyzstan to be with my girlfriend sometime after I graduate. I am graduating with a degree in Environmental Science with a good bit of GIS experience, spring 2027. We have a long-term, very special connection with each other and are discussing marriage, family, etc. My question is, is it tangible and/or feasible to find remote work abroad in Kyrgyzstan related to sustainability/env. sci., or should I look for degree agnostic remote jobs? To tell the complete truth, I want to start a family, and I would like to understand the logistics of what it means to try such a thing (remote work). I've always been mesmerized by that country and it's nature. Are there remote roles that tolerate going abroad? Do I keep a US salary? Would it be more realistic for me to find work there?
