It was the best Mother’s Day gift that Orioles pitcher Anthony Nunez could have given his sister-in-law on Sunday.  Nunez appeared to randomly mouth the words “it’s a boy” when he came off the mound after the top of the eighth inning. However, it wasn’t random at all, and as MASN broadcaster Kevin Brown explained during the broadcast, there was a reason why he did it.  “Anthony is mouthing ‘it’s a boy’ for some family members,” Brown explained on air. “His brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Makayla Delgado, are expecting child No. 3.
