According to WFLA , the incident happened on May 9 while the ship was in port during a Caribbean sailing that departed from Miami earlier that week. Officials said the female passenger drove off the pier and into the water below. Crew members responded immediately and retrieved her from the ocean, but attempts to revive her were unsuccessful.
